How many times have you heard that one?
Yet, there are still so many fads and crazes, and so many people buying into those fads and crazes. Don’t worry, we’re not shaming anyone- if I had a dollar for all of the dollars that I’ve spent on programs and fat loss promises, I’d have…. those dollars. And think of all the food I could have bought with those dollars. #regrets.
Before we get too off track here, I’d like to bring it back to the subject. And the subject is YOU. You want to be fit, you want to live better, you want to be your healthiest, best self. And that is entirely unique to you.
You are the only one who can knows exactly what will work for you. We are all so amazingly different, and what worked for your best friend may not necessarily work for you. And that’s a beautiful thing! Can you imagine a world that was truly “one size fits all?” In the same way, imagine if fitness was “one size fits all.” How incredibly boring.
