Finally. I’m doing this. After wondering for 2 weeks what to write in my very first post in this blog, and getting distracted with all kinds of stuff – like celebrating new years eve, having some troubles with my lost luggage, looking trough all the free wordpress themes in the universe (there are more than 5 !!!!!) while watching TV, eating and complaining I’m not losing weight – I’m finally writing my first post here.
Although someone already had written a post here named Hello World! Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!! I don’t know who you are my mysterious homo sapiens, my savior – I’m betting you are a guardian angel with beautiful white feathery wings and adorable face. I think this makes sence, the theory that this post would be created automatically by wordpress is not convincing to me. Anyway this post has already 27 comments and now I guess I’m popular. I mean “the person described it’s not possible to dress a toxic combination be sure you dress to the carwash,” from michael kors clutches means that, doesn’t it. Anyway I think I’ll delete the first post. But I’ll always keep it in my heart.
I wonder if you could guess what a blog named Beauty Bites would be about.
Well it’s a bingo if you’ve guessed food. And if you guessed it’s not just about food, but about food that should make your skin glow, hair and nails grow and make you really really pretty – then you’re a genius. I just read the last sentence and read skin grow…that one won’t be pretty. Or healthy. I think. Just googled it and turns out there is such a thing as growing skin. It’s actually completely normal. I totally knew that. Thank you master’s degree in biochemistry!
Well to be honest my sister is responsible for this name, she told me the real story of the beauty. As in THE BEAUTY from BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. And now I’m going to tell you all.
BTW I didn’t take this picture and I didn’t paint it or draw it, as talented as I am at all those things. I found it here.
So what many don’t know is that the beauty was biting a lot. She bit her father, her horse, the guy in the library, Gaston, after he ate all the raw eggs, the short fat guy with Gaston, the naughty triplets, even the wolves. And about 52 more characters. You might even think she was having the rabies. At least that’s what the people in the village thought. So she ended up in the castle of the beast. There she couldn’t bite anyone – the beast was too furry – she would choke on those hairs, the clock and the pot were not soft enough – she would break her teeth. And the candle? Oh the candle, are you kidding me??? She would burn her mustache on his flames. So in the castle she couldn’t bite anyone for 21 days and then she stopped biting. Like a miracle. Do you know that people say doing something for 21 days makes it a habit? For example the beauty was doing the no-biting thing for 21 days and then it was a habit not to bite. Scientifically proven. Ok it’s not. Wonder why, they should try and prove it. Anyway when all the village people went to the castle to try to fight not the beast, but the beauty, she was cured. And everyone left peacefully. Nobody fought. I guess this was not a good enough ending for the author. So he made them fight like in the hunger games. The ending with the transformation of the beast and everyone else, and of the kiss between beauty and the beast was real though. And that’s why me and my sister decided to name this blog Beauty Bites. So that people know the truth.
By the way I just made up the story about beauty and the beast. We named it beauty bites, because it’s an awesome name for a blog.
